Studied abroad at the Cannes Lions festival, practiced speaking French, moseyed around with hazelnut gelato.
Lisbon
Spent a summer learning UX/UI design & figma, took a trip to see Antoni Gaudí’s buildings (my favorite deceased architect).
Maui
Spent 9 months off the grid, working on a farm and living in a hut. Briefly became a yoga teacher. Am no longer nearly that outdoorsy.
Australia, Indonesia, India, Denmark, Sweden, New Zealand
Really leaned into my university’s enthusiasm about study abroad programs. Some of these were with my school, some were side trips.
Mexico, Pacific Northwest, Santa Cruz, Austin
Worked remotely for a bit/found ways to travel. Met my dad’s hippy best friend, toured SFER IK in Tulum, tagged along on a friend’s van trip.
